Can I opt-out of emails and alerts from the APS Marketplace?

Yes, and it’s very easy. Whilst we’re trying to make buying energy efficient and cost effective products for your home as easy as possible, we know there’s more to life than a super efficient fridge-freezer. Users with a profile can opt-out of any specific communications (e.g. promotion emails or price alerts) at any time, simply by going into their profile page and deselecting the relevant communication boxes. It’s important to know that APS Marketplace communications are separate from APS communications, so if you are an APS customer and opt out of APS Marketplace communications, you will still receive your regular emails from APS.
