What if I received a defective product?

Please contact the manufacturer directly to determine whether the product is indeed defective by contacting them below (please note the manufacturer will not provide a replacement but will just diagnose the issue):

  • Make sure to provide email proof or a case number from the manufacturer advising the product is defective.

  • Once the item is received after proof from the manufacturer then we will issue a refund.
    • Please note: If you would like a replacement product, you must place a new order.
